Tips on Eating


  1. DO NOT eat chicken + milk.
  2. DO NOT eat fish + egg.
  3. DO NOT eat fish + salad.
  4. DO NOT milk + vinegar.
  5. DO NOT fruit + milk e.g - cocktail
  6. DO NOT eat the fruit after you eat the rice instead eat the fruit first then the rice.
  7. Sleep one hour after lunch
  8. DO NOT leave dinner or you will be eaten by time..hehe..
