Tips on Eating
- DO NOT eat chicken + milk.
- DO NOT eat fish + egg.
- DO NOT eat fish + salad.
- DO NOT milk + vinegar.
- DO NOT fruit + milk e.g - cocktail
- DO NOT eat the fruit after you eat the rice instead eat the fruit first then the rice.
- Sleep one hour after lunch
- DO NOT leave dinner or you will be eaten by time..hehe..
